Kathy Rollo Ed.D, is Superintendent of Lubbock Independent School District. She earned her bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees from Texas Tech University and forged her career in the very district that cultivated her love for teaching. The district serves more than 27,000 students on 51 campuses.
